I really only know how to use fireworks wel I don’t even know how or somewhat where to start in creating one…sorry

I can only learn from my mistakes, I would obviously run through all details before publishing any thing that is professional. Most skills come from practice and research which is not hard to do.

I really think that I would utilize what I had discussed in my other blogs. I can’t see me failing in being precise about simply appilcation, buttons text ect.

Web usability is an system in making web sites easy to use for the user, therefore not requiring the user to undergo any training.

To show the info to the user in a clear way.
To lend the correct choice to the user, in an obvious way.
To rid any problems regarding the consequences of an action e.g. clicking on delete or remove etc.
Put the most important info/logo or most used thing in the right place on a web page.

What do I know about Web Usability?

I now realise it is where a product can be used by users to achieve specified goals effectivly, efficiently for the proposed user.

Such topics would be:

Ease of learning – being basic

How much does the user like using the system ??

Memorability – If the user has used it before and the visit the sight again the it will be easier to use it next time

What would you do when there is “UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR MATERIAL”?

I would send a copyright notice for the material that stated the terms of use, and briefly enlighten them that legal action will be taken if not followed.

What work is not copyright-protected?

Copyright does not protect ideas, concepts, styles, techniques or information. If one has an idea for a T.V show and another person uses the idea, they cannot claim breach of copyright, unless the person has paraphrased the idea. Names, titles and slogans in some respect have no copyright protection.

When creating new material what must you do to protect your legal rights?

You must claim ownership of all your work. placing you name or signiture on your work will ensure it is not breached. You should also not display your full name because your name may not really assure that you have created this material.
